1.Cold Therapy
Store the cryosphere in a freezer for 2 hours before using as an ice massage.

If it’s too cold right out of the freezer, let it sit at room temperature until it reaches a comfortable temperature. Do not apply directly on wet skin.

2.Hot Therapy

Place ball in hot tap water for about 10mins for warm therapy.
