I hurt my heel while at the gym. I overworked myself. This cryosphere helped so much! It stayed cold for quite a few hours and I was able to roll the muscle where needed while using cold therapy at same time. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.

This thing has saved me! I have really bad tendinitis and tight calves. I'm able to dig in and work the muscles without causing further injury. Love it!

I am recently recovering from total knee replacement and have a few areas of the knee that were stiff and taking a while to work out. I started using the cold massage roller ball and am finding that these areas of concern are doing much better. I also like that the roller ball stays cold enough for the treatment period. I use it several times a day and I am happy with the product.

If you need a study, string, high intensity massager- this is it! I can't use on certain parts of my body bc bottom is too intense, but it's amazing and well built for other tense muscles! This is not made cheaply!
